You may recall that I mentioned I first learned about the Ninja Blender at the Healthy Living Summit. It was there that I first fell in love with this glorious kitchen appliance. From the second I tasted the green smoothie it made, I NEEDED to know where it came from! Enter the Ninja Ultima Blender (now known as the Ninja Foodi), which my friends at Ninja sent me as a gift in exchange for this Ninja blender review.
In the health and wellness world, the Vitamix is synonymous with blender. However, with a price tag upwards of $500 it was never something I could recommend to clients as a must-have, because I’ve always believed that nutrition should be accessible and fit within any budget. That being the case, I maintained that any blender would do the trick if you run it for long enough. In fact, even I had been holding out for a high-priced blender myself.
One day, I met the Ninja Foodi.
Ninja Blender Review
The Ninja is a bad ass in the kitchen. Moreover, it makes everything from juices and smoothies to nut butters and can even mill flour from whole grains!
Additionally, one of the best things about it is the price. At $199, it’s a fraction of the price of other high-speed blenders on the market. Dual blades make this thing super powerful for crushing and blending and it’s dishwasher safe and easy to wash. Furthermore, I love that the Ninja comes with two single serve cups that fit right onto the base, great for making individual-sized, no-mess smoothie in minutes.
