When I first started teaching cooking classes, I wanted to inspire busy people to make healthy meals. One year and several successful classes later, I am accomplishing that mission in a way that leaves me feeling more nourished and fulfilled than any meal can.
At last night’s Easy Entertaining class, one of my regulars told me, “Whenever I’m here, it makes me want to cook!” My heart filled with joy π My guests leave with a nourishing mealin their tummy, an understanding of how fun and easy it can be to prepare that meal and the tips and confidence they need to create it themselves. There is nothing better!
