Getting Back to Blogging Post Book-Launch

06/20/16

I’m happy to report that as of today, I’m getting back to blogging. I’ve been here before and if you’re a blogger, you feel me. The dreaded drop-off in regular blogging when life gets busy and the inevitable return back to blogging.  I truly wanted to blog more these past few months, but there were two major things in the way:

  1. Writing and launching Your Holistically Hot Transformation
  2. The server that hosted this blog was overloaded so I had to migrate to a new one

Now that both of the above are out of the way, I’m getting back to blogging more regularly and I even hope to make some design changes in the not-too-distant future.

Here’s what’s been going on while I’ve been gone.

I had my Book Launch Party and it was perfect. I wanted a small, quaint, outdoor cocktail reception with family, supportive friends and clients so that’s exactly what I did.

I worked out with Michael Strahan at the Gramercy Park Hotel (separate blog post coming soon)

I pulled off an online media tour for the launch of my new book, Your Holistically Hot Transformation.

Here is a small sampling of the posts:

What have you been up to lately? Any exciting Summer plans?

A very NYC Halloween. Valentina started in TriBeCa A very NYC Halloween. Valentina started in TriBeCa on Halloween morning on our walk home from ballet then we ventured to Chelsea with school friends and back down to the West Village before getting stuck on the wrong side of the parade. We got lucky with a table for dinner in the West Village then took the long way home through the crowds back to SoHo. I loved seeing all the costumes and creative decorations. Valentina was focused on hitting as many homes and businesses as possible. ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ‘ป

My husband took our daughter to a @newyorkredbulls_ game with school friends and I spent some time decompressing with a run, steam/sauna, everything shower, a vegan burger and fries and Netflix after soaking up plenty of time with her earlier in the day. ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿชž
