We’ve all had those days when we just can’t get around to sitting down to a healthy meal. Resist the urge to grab a slice of pizza or a sugary energy bar on the run. Check out a few of the no-brainer, healthy snacks I carry with me. This way, when hunger strikes, I always have a healthy snack at my fingertips (and the bonus is they won’t weigh down your handbag!)

1. Greens Powder: Did you know you can concoct an energizing “smoothie” on the go? No blender required. Watch the video to get the recipe – all it takes are 3 ingredients.
2. Nut Butter: Trial-size nut or coconut butter is the perfect snack to keep on hand. Pair it with fruit for something satisfying.
3. Chia Seeds: There’s no end to what you can do with chia seeds. Learn how to mix up a filling, nutrient-dense elixir with just a handful of chia seeds and a bottle of water.
