I try a lot of workouts and take a lot of classes, but with very few do I fall in love. Body Conceptions by Mahri is one of those classes I just love to take.
Mahri is a personal friend of mine and also formerly a professional dancer, trainer at the Tracy Anderson method and Creative Director at FlyBarre.
Her signature workout, Body Conceptions, is a full-body lengthening and sculpting workout that combines dynamic movement and muscle exhaustion. It’s the perfect blend of sexy dance-y moves plus tightening and toning. So even if you don’t have the least bit of rhythm, you’ll find some in class.
Whenever I can’t get to a live class because of travel or a schedule conflict, it’s nice to have one I can sneak in on-demand.
