I will try mixing quinoa with my oatmeal next time.
I’ve been making a savory oatmeal lately: add kale just before the liquid fully reduces to wilt; crack an egg on top; and cover until egg is cooked to desired consistency. Finally, I top it with fresh avocado when serving.

Christina, that sounds so interesting! I’ll have to try it. I love putting eggs on anything! I like the idea of mixing quinoa with oatmeal because it lightens it up a little and the quinoa is a complete protein.
