I’ve been singing the praises of the latest pilates-meets-cardio-meets-strength-training-meets-ballet workout that is Chaise23. Mostly because I’ve been exercising for half of my life and it’s rare I find a workout that challenges me in such a way that it creates results – and fast.
Here I am demonstrating two of the exercises from a typical cardio chair or reinvention chair class — The Pike and The Mermaid
Pepper in another 50 minutes of exercises on that chair using the bungees and several cardio bursts and you’ve got yourself a hardcore workout.
I believe in this method and am sure you’ll experience similar results so I’m partnering with Chaise23 on this special offer valid only until May 31:
When you purchase my Total Reset Plan ($299) and a monthly unlimited membership (only $223 for first-time clients) to Chaise23 by May 31, youโll receive 10% off your second monthly unlimited membership AND youโll get $50 off the Total Reset Plan with code CHAISE23*

Over the years, I’ve tried almost every workout imaginable and what I’ve learned along the way is the importance of trying new things and challenging my body so I never get bored and my muscles never get comfortable.
In high school I loved step aerobics which led to interval training with light weights.
In college I found Pilates and Boxing then eventually running.
Post-college, I needed a bigger challenge and goals to go with it so triathlon and marathon training became my focus
When I burnt out on the intensity of race training I needed something to replace it– the search led me in many different directions from Boot Camp to kettlebells but it’s Chaise23 that has fired up my core and toned my arms, thighs, abs and other problem areas I had all but given up on in ways I hadn’t thought possible.
I’m told it works because it challenges both large and small muscle groups from the deepest muscles of the core and spine.
Of course, I always say that exercise is only part of the equation. No workout is complete without a healthy eating plan in place. I’ve been eating lots of healthy meals and cooking at home more often than dining out. All of this has contributed to the changes I’ve experienced.
Let me do the thinking and plan your meals for you.
