Another weekend flew right by. As I type this, I’m watching the Oscars having just seen La La Land which completely blew me away and was so much better than I ever expected.
A large part of my weekend involved more time on the project I’ve been working on, which I promise I’ll elaborate on soon.
After a long week, David and I decided to stay in and unwind on Friday night. On Saturday, I took a barre class at The Bar Method Soho. I’m taking at least four classes a week there and love it! How cute is this sweatshirt?
After having dinner at Miss Paradis a few weeks ago, I knew I wanted to go back for brunch. In particular, they make their own coconut milk yogurt that they pair with fruit and granola in a breakfast bowl so that was on the menu this weekend.
Staying with the breakfast theme, I put these breakfast muffins on my meal prep list for this weekend and they taste as good as they look. I skipped the honey to make them sugar-free. In my opinion, the bananas make them sweet enough. You could also probably use sweet potato or pumpkin puree in place of the banana. Paired with a hard boiled egg, these will make great snacks or a light breakfast on the go throughout the week.
