These posts typically re-cap my weekend adventures from workouts to brunch and even some travel. With that in mind, I can’t say this weekend was like any other I’ve ever experienced. It may not have been the kind of weekend that would excite most people, but to me, it was not only exciting but also challenging and humbling.
I’ve been hinting at a “project” I’ve been working on for the past few weeks and now I can finally tell you that I’m training to be a teacher at The Bar Method in Soho (UPDATE: I now teach at The Bar Method Noho!). I spent four, long and jam-packed days at The Bar Method’s Brooklyn studio learning all the things that teachers need to learn and within six months or so, I’ll be certified to teach at the Soho studio.
I’m still coaching and doing all the health and wellness things I love. This is adding to it.
I can’t wait to share more about this journey as things progress and to see some of you in class in a few months!
