Chia Seed Pudding
1/4 c chia seeds
1/2 c almond, hemp or rice milk
fresh fruit
1 tsp nut butter
sprinkle of cinnamon
drizzle of maple syrup or natural sweetener of choice
Combine chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl and refrigerate overnight or a couple of hours at the very least. Before eating, top with fresh fruit of your choice, nut butter, cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup, stevia or agave nectar.
