This blog has been a bit of an ode to Hemp lately but I thought I would share what it is I do with the Hemp Milk and Tempt Hemp Protein Powder that I’ve featured here in recent weeks. After particularly grueling workouts with my trainer, I make this tasty and filling Hemp Protein Shake:
2-3 Tbsps Tempt Hemp Protein Powder
1 frozen Banana
1 scoop nut butter or sunflower seed butter
1/2-1 c of hemp milk
1/4 c coconut water to thin it out
Blend!
