This year I celebrate six years at the helm of my health coaching and nutrition business, Marissa’s Well-being and Health, where I support women with finding freedom from fad diets. When I think of everything I’ve accomplished and how my life has changed since taking the leap toward such a drastic career change, I feel sheer joy.
During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to support hundreds of women on their health and wellness journeys – and what a ride it’s been! When I started my business I knew I wanted to be of service to women in this way but I had no idea the impact I could make with helping women experience freedom from fad diets.
Yet, I know there’s more work to do and more women to reach!
Through my work as a health coach, one thing has become abundantly clear to me:
