As we near the final few days before Christmas, I’m sharing some of my favorite healthy holiday finds. Of course, they’re holistic and perfect for anyone who needs last minute gift ideas – or if you just want to treat yourself, of course, because let’s be honest – who doesn’t like the “one for me, one for you” approach?
Before we dive in, I have to come clean. This was supposed to be a holiday desserts post. I recently lightened up these macaroons and these peppermint patties using less sweetener and subbing in brown rice syrup. They turned out well, but photographing food is just not my forte (hence the lack of recipes on the blog lately) and I just can’t bring myself to post it.
So in the spirit of giving, here are those gift ideas I promised:
A complimentary sample class from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. If you or someone you know have always dreamed of becoming a health coach or just taking your health to the next level, check out this class for a peek into what you can expect from the school. (click the red Sample A Class Now button). If you want to enroll and save some money, make sure to connect with me first so I can let you know about any special offers available, including my $1000 scholarship.
Tata Harper Glow On Demand
Tata Harper makes my favorite all-natural, paraben, sulfate and phthalate-free skincare line. The five-piece Glow on Demand kit is perfect for surviving all those holiday parties and keeping your skin glowing. It contains, two cleaners a mask, hydrating floral essence and a lip and cheek tint. I snatched some of these up for gifts and one for myself!
The fitness booking membership service, FitReserve, has been the best way for me to mix up my workouts and stay challenged without having to commit to one studio. I don’t love the classes at my gym and running outside gets old so this is the best way for me to stay active with access to more than 200 luxury studios in not only New York, but also The Hamptons, Brooklyn and New Jersey.
Hot Totties
The new collection of cold weather lounge wear by HotTotties is the coziest thing I’ve had on my skin. The line super cute and completely affordable – all pieces are under $40. It’s available at Kohl’s, Sears and Dillards stores and online via those retailers and www.hottotties.com. Size up for even more comfort.
Anything I missed? What are your favorite healthy finds this holiday?
