Green Smoothie
1/2 head kale
coconut water(optional)
Unsweetened almond milk
frozen bananas and/or berries or peaches or pineapples
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tsp flax seed oil
Pumpkin seeds
1 scoop ice (if using fresh fruit)
Blend and enjoy!
Green Lemonade
Kale
Celery
Green apple
cucumber
lemon
ginger (optional)
Feed ingredients one by one into a juicer and enjoy!
