Last weekend, I taught a “Green Your Diet” workshop at Lululemon and a corporate wellness workshop too. In every workshop I teach and in my book, the main message I share is that the best way to see results is to focus on small changes that add up over time. What are those small changes? Sometimes, they can seem so insignificant that they may even elude you. That’s why I put together this list of 50 simple ways to be healthy every day. Honestly, I could give you far more than 50, but I didn’t want to get carried away! It’s always best to start small and build on from there.
