{On my bookshelf}: Integrative Nutrition Book Review

04/21/14

integrative nutrition bookI remember the day I finally enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. As sure as I was when I said “yes” to my husband-to-be, I knew I had made the right decision. About a week later, I received my package of enrollment goodies. In it was the Integrative Nutrition book and I couldn’t wait to dive in. I spent the month before my classes started reading that book and soaking up the IIN philosophy and experimenting with its new-to-me recipes.

Since then, this book has been like my nutrition bible for everything healthy and balanced. The information is fresh, interesting and applicable to daily life and the recipes are simple and delicious. Whenever my clients or mentees read this book, it’s like a lightbulb goes on and they finally “get it.”

That book and the IIN Health Coach Training course is the reason I started this blog and a new career path.

For anyone interested in nutrition and healthy living, the book is the perfect place to start.

Of course, if you have any questions about my experience at IIN, please feel free to contact me!

And if you want to check out the book, you can download the first two chapters for free by clicking the green button below!

Was the updated version much different than the original?  I love the original but wasn’t quick enough to sign up to get a sneak preview of the updated version.  Totally agree with your thoughts that this is a life-changing book!
