My program is a 7 week program that incorporates macro coaching and other science-backed nutrition strategies to help you burn fat and change your body composition.
My Story
Having been a fitness and health food fanatic most of my life, I thought I knew what it took to get results. I worked out hard, sometimes twice per day and ate a “clean” low carb, gluten-free, non-dairy, sugar-free diet. In short, I did a lot of cardio and deprived myself of a lot of the foods I truly enjoy.
In 2018, just shy of my 40th birthday, I didn’t necessarily have any weight to lose but I wanted to see what I could be doing better or different. I found macro tracking and figured I would give it 7-8 weeks and if it didn’t work or if I didn’t like it, I would move on. Well, it turns out, there was A LOT of room for improvement!
I dove right in and after the first 7-weeks, I couldn’t believe how much energy I had. Essentially, my blood sugar balanced, I felt satisfied by my meals and my cravings were gone. I felt so good that I kept going for another 7 weeks.
After 14 weeks, my clothes fit better because I had lost weight and built lean muscle. By the time I turned 40, I was the most confident and energized I had ever been!
It turns out, I was exercising too much, not eating enough calories to support my workouts and cutting out far too many foods – in short, destroying my hormones and metabolism.
What Is It?
My program is all-inclusive and pairs workouts with proper nutrition for optimal results. You will gain confidence, build lean muscle, burn stubborn fat and be in control of your health. There are absolutely no supplements, meals or shakes to buy. You eat your own food and can even dine out at restaurants.
This method totally changed my perspective on fitness and nutrition. I realized I didn’t have to sacrifice enjoyment from food or do hours of cardio every day to see results. In fact, I could go on vacation, enjoy dessert, eat carbs and drink wine and still reach my goals.
I’ve been living this lifestyle since that day in 2018 even through pregnancy and postpartum. Now in menopause, I am making tweaks to continue seeing results and combat menopausal symptoms.
It only makes sense that I’m now using my Health Coaching certification and fitness expertise to do macro coaching for my clients now whether they’re postpartum or in perimenopuase.

What Is Macro Coaching?
Macro Coaching is the process of working with a nutrition coach that has knowledge of macros to help you personalize your macros to set and reach personal fitness and wellness goals. On my own fitness journey, I was exercising A LOT and although I didn’t necessarily need to lose weight, I wanted to see the results of my workout. Specifically, more muscle definition. But, my biggest question was, “How do I figure out my macros?” and once I did that, I had no idea where to go from there. That’s where working with a Coach came in for me. The biggest change I saw was a leaner, more toned physique. I also realized that food freedom was possible. I didn’t have to stress about going out to dinner or enjoying a cookie or slice of cake because I learned how I could fit it all into my macros. My food guilt disappeared.
