My approach to health and wellness is holistic. I don’t have a list of good and bad foods and I couldn’t tell you how many calories is in a cup of kale. Rather, I look at how all areas of your life are connected. I’m not about dieting, deprivation and suffering to fit into your “skinny jeans.” I AM about natural, sustainable and fun to have you feeling more confident than ever.

Is stress at your job causing you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole and will create a happy, healthy life that works for you and only you!

Fad Diets Fail
Each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. Some people need more carbohydrates others need more fat and protein to thrive. This concept, what I call bio-individuality, is the basis for all my health coaching programs.

Food Is Secondary
Food isn’t all that nourishes and fulfills us. In fact, other factors in our daily lives like healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness play a primary role in nourishment. When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.

Support and Accountability are Key
When undertaking anything new, it’s important to have support and accountability. Most of us already know what to do, but we’re not doing it. That’s where I come in. Support and accountability are proven to motivate us to action. I’m your biggest fan and will cheer on your successes, your confidante who can lend a listening ear and your voice of reason when all you want is a big hunk of chocolate cake. I’ll also stretch you and challenge you when you need to be to move you out of staying safe and playing small and help you reach your goals.
