For the chia pudding
  • 1Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4c. coconut milk
  • 1/4tsp. vanilla extract or powder
For the yogurt parfait
  • 1/2c. chia puddingas prepared above
  • 15 oz. container Greek-style yogurtuse coconut yogurt for a vegan option
  • 2Tbsps. Lantana Blueberry Hummus
  • 1/4c. fresh blueberries
  • 1/4c. granola
  • Any additional toppings you’d likehemp seeds, shredded coconut, chia seeds, cacao nibs, etc.
  1. 1. Mix all ingredients for chia puddding. together in glass mason jar. 2. Stir/shake thoroughly and leave overnight in the refrigerator to create a thick, creamy chia pudding. 3. In a separate mason jar spoon layers of chia pudding, coconut yogurt and Lantana Blueberry Hummus by the tablespoon. 4. Top with a dollop of yogurt, blueberries and a sprinkle of granola.
