can use cashew or coconut milk for a thicker consistency

Instructions
Whisk water, turmeric, spices and salt to make the base mixture and heat over medium high heat.
Turn off the heat until just before boiling and cover for 5 minutes.
After letting the mixture sit, whisk in milk, sweetener, vanilla extract and coconut oil.
Heat until hot and serve.
Recipe Notes
This version eliminates sweetener. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of sweetener to taste.
